Yes. The decoded ARW is embedded at its full pixel dimensions with 150 DPI page geometry, so a 24 MP Sony frame prints cleanly at roughly A4. You can request 72 to 600 DPI, which changes the page size the image is placed on rather than resampling the photograph.

Yes. Upload up to 50 ARW files and enable the multi-page PDF option, and each photo becomes one page in upload order. Without that option each ARW converts to its own single-page PDF and the set arrives as a ZIP.

A PDF wraps the image rather than replacing it, so the file carries the full decoded photograph plus PDF structure. A 24 MP ARW that would make a 4 MB JPG typically produces an 8–12 MB PDF. Lowering the quality setting reduces the embedded image and shrinks the PDF with it.

No. A PDF holds the rendered 8-bit result, not the sensor data, so the exposure and white balance latitude of the ARW is gone. Keep the ARW for archival and use PDF for sending a fixed, viewable layout to someone else.
